1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkStack 360 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). International operations are handled by Kraftisol, and development, support, and local operations in India are handled by Innovism Enterprises LLP. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WorkStack 360 is a workplace operations platform that provides project management, team collaboration, time tracking, attendance management, HRMS tools, and productivity analytics. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Promptly notify us if you discover any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and branding are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkStack 360 and its operating entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
